In modification of it's earlier order, the MHA today said that the Guidelines for facilitation of Stranded person's shall extend to those Persons only who had moved from their native places just before the Lockdown and could not return on account of restrictions placed due to Lockdown and not to those who are working at different places and now wish to return to their native places for a normal cause.
